Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Our products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received are eligible for a return.

2. Exclusions:

  • Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are damaged or broken during shipping. If you receive a product in such condition, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

3. Manufacturer’s Return Policy:

  • If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We will inspect the product upon return. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturer’s defect.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
