We are committed to providing reliable and convenient delivery services for all our customers. Our delivery process is facilitated through Pudo, an innovative smart locker system offered by The Courier Guy.

Delivery Options

Locker-to-Locker Delivery:

• • Packages are delivered to a Pudo locker chosen by the customer. You can collect your package at your convenience, as many lockers are accessible 24/7.

Delivery Fees

• • Locker-to-Locker: Delivery fee R50

• • Poles: This fee is included, and delivery instructions will be send once booked.

Delivery Timeframes

• • Gear and Drinkwear: Typically completed within 5 – 7 business days.

• • Poles: Typically completed within 4 – 6 weeks.

Important Information

• • Some Pudo lockers may not be accessible during load shedding or may experience occasional technical issues. We recommend collecting your package as soon as you receive notification of its arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

Tracking and Support

• • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your package has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on our website or directly through the Pudo platform.
